Whoa, that crew needs to be pulled from service for having improper markers at the rear :>)

The D&RGW was traditionally a red/yellow marker railroad.

Rule 19:

The following signals will be displyed, one on each side of  rear of train:

By day, marker lamps not lighted or yellow flags.

By night, lighted marker lamps displaying yellow to front and side and red to rear,  except when train has stopped clear of main track, yellow lights must be displayed to front, side and rear. When train is turned out against the current of traffic, it must display markers showing yellow lights to front and side, yellow to rear on side next to main track on which current of traffic is in the direction train is moving, and red to rear on the opposite side.

Should not be a problem since it is the C&TSRR so it will be their rules.
