This past weekend marked the first steam powered trips on the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway in Nelsonville, Ohio since the fire was dropped on former LS&I #33 in the mid-90's. After a 13 year restoration, HVSR's former Ohio Power Company 0-6-0 #3 pulled two excursions on Saturday and Sunday. This is to be repeated on 10/17 and 18 for those that are interested.

They are going to leave it off for now so they can spot any leaks or other issues.
