Any news on ATSF 3463

Any news on ATSF 3463?  Last I heard CSR was trying to acquire the locomotive for its conversion to a new Fuel.  Have they acquired the locomotive, and has any work been started to rebuild the locomotive?

I believe the court case for quiet title is still in progress.

Maybe they'll move it to Cheyenne for completion, fuel conversion and relief for the 844.
