N&W 611 "The Roanoker"
Author: tehachapi-dave

Last weekend, N&W 611 was once again under steam for trips to her home town of Roanoke, VA from Greensboro, NC on the Southern Main Line.  We originally planned not to chase these trips but impulse got the better of us and we are glad we decided to chase them.  The entire weekend was filled with great stack talk along with some great scenes.  Here are a few of them from Saturday, Enjoy!

Very nice collection of locations, angles and editing.  Thanks for sharing.

That is some excellent video, some of the best I've seen  of 611.  Minimal whistlng and maximum stack talking.
Thank you!
The first scene, the engineer has her hooked up perfectly, what I called the G spot.

Great stuff, especially the smooth editing of the drone vs. ground level clips, and nice running into you at Danville on Saturday.

I noticed a drone flying at two or three locations during Saturday's chase, and those clips are not here, so you must have more!
