Yes. Manx cats. We did a 4 day charter on the IOM Steam Railway where the locos look a bit like they are friends of Thomas. The Laxey Mine RR was just someting to fill in the afternoon prior.  I'll post some of the steam railway once I get through them all.

Appears to have inside-connected cylinders.
Does the driver/attendant ride on some kind of tender when hauling a train?
