Yep, that is the combined FW&D and Rock Island engine terminal on the east side of downtown Ft Worth Tx.  FW&D never really owned that heavy mike.  In the 1950's Burlington issued an edict to FW&D not to reflu or do major boiler work on any FW&D engine.  Burlington had many stored  serviceable engines and they sent them to FW&D as replacements.  T&P rented one of those heavy mikes to use in flood service in Louisiana and finally bought FW&D's 2-8-2 #  410 for such service since flooding became an annual problem south of Shreveport on the Red River..

Gotta love it!.. Got it all!... A workin' Mike, the water tank, and the old kerosene stubby switch lamp! I sure remember seeing that kind of railroading!

Here is another shot of the same engine terminal from a different angle.  It appears to be 4-6-2 in this picture.
