Who Is This?

I think I took this in 1959? on Vancouver Island?  Looks like a coaling dock.  Can anyone provide any more info?  Thank you.

Hi,

Yes, Canadian Collieries (Dunsmuir) Ltd.  Probably 4-6-0 # 14, which operated until 1960 there. Happilly
it's still in existence at the Northwest Railway Museum in Washington and might run again.
