Anyone lose an E Unit?

Found sitting in UP's Muskogee Oklahoma yard today.  Anyone have the scoop on this old engine?

I wonder if it is destined for the San Luis and Rio Grande in Alamosa, CO. Another unit to go in the storage line for potential use.

Would be my guess, judging by the "SLRG" reporting marks sprayed on the side. Hasn't quite made it there yet, obviously.

It's heading to Rusk Tx for work to be done at the TSR shop
