Northwestern Steel and Wire 12 works their Sterling, Illinois plant on March 30, 1978. In less than two years steam would be retired, but on that cold spring day, this ex-GTW 0-8-0 still put in a full day's work.

I was thinking it was Rally Sport Z28 1970 or so vintage.

Yah and with all the pipe hanging down underneath it I'm sure it's stock! The Camaro, not the locomotive.
