Edge of the world
Author: jbwest

This was a shot taken last October 3 with the Durango Railroad Historical Society's DRGW 315 at Lava Loop on the C&TS.  Lava is one of my favorite places with all kinds of interesting angles, especially in the early morning and late afternoon.

Reminds me very much of the horseshoe curve of the North Track (now BNSF Main One), on the Santa Fe west of Siberia, CA., on the Needles District/Sub.

Great shot!

Reminds me a laying on the floor to watch the train circling the Christmas tree at eye level!

That's what I was thinking.  If he rolls a rail, he gonna be rolling all the way down the hill.

A really cool photo.
