I had the pleasure of attending the "Maine Two-Foot Winter" event this past weekend put on by the Wiscasset, Waterville & Farmington, the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum, and the Boothbay Railway Village. Monson 0-4-4T and an additional coach has been trucked to the WW&F. The musuem members really did their homework and demonstrated both ordinary and unusual operating practices of the WW&F and Monson Railroad.

The event continues with a second weekend January 21st and 22nd, and tickets are still available. More information at http://wwfry.org/?page_id=1211

Yes indeed.It was just two large beams being worked on when I was there in early Sept.
