Very nice shot, but no info .... looking for help. Kodak processed, red border, gray mount, no Kodak embossed date

The numberboard directly over the headlight plus the forested terrain makes me think DM&IR, maybe one of their ex-EJ&E mikes.

I found another shot, same train, and they are both Bruce Black shots, mount notes on this one says "Lvg, Cloquet, Minn. 8/26/57"

Duluth & NorthEastern 2-8-0 No. 27, ex DMIR 348.  Now poorly displayed, unmaintained but under a roof, at Barnum, MN contributing parts to restoration of No. 28.

Photo on D&NE between Colquet, MN and Saginaw, MN, probably at Hwy 33 crossing.

No 28 will have her innaugral runs June 10 and 11 on the North Shore Scenic Railroad, at the Lake Superior Railroad Musuem, Duluth, MN.  Donors only.  Public runs soon thereafter.
