I'm in a Hurry to Get Things Done...

Sure, that's what the band Alabama sang about, but 4960 and crew isn't gonna rush and rush until life's no fun... At least not at 25 mph.  A big thank you to Pete Lerro, and the Crew at the GCRy to put this shin dig on.

All I know is it's two three axle trucks, more than likely original to this tender.

The 4960 tender had a pair of 2 axle trucks when it was built and in service on the CB&Q

But this is not her original tender.

Where did this tender come from?

I believe a Soo Line 4-8-2.

IIRC, That would be it.  Just surfing Google Images, it would appear it may have been a 4000 series 4-8-2 (I don't know much about far eastern railroads such as the Soo).  It was in water service which resulted in the cut down coal bunker sides.  The tender still has a hatch in one of the water legs that would have been access for stoker parts (from my understanding) that is today used as another tool box.

If I'm not mistaken, those are three axle Commonwealth trucks under the tender.  This style and the Buckeye type were the most common three axle tender trucks.
