Kurt stopped by Strasburg last September.  It worked great for all involved; she dropped him off at the railroad and he got steam while she got shopping.  What could be better?

How about this suprise that showed up after the last steam train of the day?  He had no idea it was running, or even that it was operable.  Noting the sign designating Track 9 3/4, I can't help wondering if Hogwarts might be a destination.  Seen any owls around?

LO&S #10 (aka "Lois") runs in the off season and as an extra when Strasburg runs only a few trains during the day.  If enough folks show up after the last train departs, they can get a ride on Lois.
I beleive that Lois is the scheduled motive power on weekdays during March, while steam runs on the weekends.

Lois is a pretty cool little machine.....

She is running today and tomorrow and then again weekdays in March 13.     When was this video taken?

Mid-September if I remember right.  The date is in the file names of the original video clips, but I'm about 345 miles from the studio.

Ahhh, well, we are supposed to THINK those are butterflies.  They are actaully disguised androids from the Andromeda Galaxy sent here to gather intelligence for the planned alien invasion.  Turns out all their steam power was scrapped and they are also scouting photo locations.
