Steam & Excursion > "Move on, folks. There's nothing to see here."

Have you ever passed a bad traffic accident and someone officious told you "Move on, folks. There's nothing to see here"? 

That was my feeling this past Sunday afternoon afternoon after visiting the former Yreka Western #19 locomotive.  This may be one of the last photos of #19 in Siskiyou County, California.  In mid-afternoon on an appropriately cloudy day, this well traveled steam locomotive sat trussed up and ready to travel on a heavy duty flat car in beautiful downtown Montague, California. I have no clue when and how it will be routed to Ohio for its new home at Age of Steam.

 I doubt that it was tagged in Montague. Know one living in Montague could afford the can of paint !!
