Thanks for the memories. EB was a good day, all the pig trains in before 8pm and all the reefer blocks in by midnight. By the way, I believe FTX (Fast Trailer Express, but on the UP we all knew it really stood for Fred Tolan Express) originated in Seattle, not on the WP. WB was a bad day, the Falcons not showing up until after 4pm, very late, must have been a bad night in Iowa. I guess the auto parts were defunct by this time, don't see them on the line-up (or maybe they are already in). |
