In Chicagoland when April rolls around we usually get our first 70 plus degree days and with cabin fever everyone goes outdoors. Such as the case for me, I went to Blue Island. First up was the BRC transfer returning from the B&OCT. Dan

IHB SW-1500's 9209, 9203, 9211, & 9210 lead this Eastbound transfer. Dan

The BORW (B&O Rock West) shoved out of Barr Yard through the Blue Island interlocking before pulling through (On the far left) to connect to the former Rock Island for Ottawa IL. Here is one of the Safety Cabeese used as a shoving platform (sic) rolling northward thru BI. Dan

BORW's headend sports 5 unique GP-15T's #'d 1523, 1514, 1512, 1504, & 1505 that were common sights on the New Rock Sub. Dan

Wow, great pictures....I gotta see it some when I go see the Tut exhibit next summer.
