At the end of the Green line, east of downtown Cleveland and a few miles east of Shaker Heights.
I guess the plan was to extend the line as can be seen by the grade and poles in the background -- but it never happened (at least till '78).

You are correct. There was a plan to extend the line further out into the 'enviorns.'
