Eastbound Amtrak, probably the San Francisco Zephyr, at Berkeley, CA.

Yes given the position of the obscured sun, would just about have to be #6, The San Francisco Zephyr, time frame early 1975 or so as some cars stiil in "rainbow colors" and the SDP's in their original paint. The SP dome is lso indicative of it being #6
