The NP main from Seattle to Bellingham ran along our back fence line when we lived in Lake Stevens. I joined the Navy in '70 and by the time I got time to look around, the NP was gone, tracks and all. Haven't seen many pictures of NP equipment, so I save everything I can get. Thank's.

I wonder if the passenger painted unit was regeared for freight as I don't believe a high geared unit would work well in a helper consist.
