USPS Special on the NWP, 1999

Here's an odd looking train, from August 1999: the US Postal Service "Celebrate the Century" train, en route to a few days of display in Santa Rosa. The first two photos show the train between Wingo and Fairville, the third one is at Black Point.

As I recall, the NWP was officially shut down at that point, and they had to get a special waiver from the FRA to allow the USPS train to run.
