WT&J stands for Wichita Tillman & Jackson. Those are the names of the three counties that the WT&J operates in. Their hq is Wichita Falls Texas, and they operate part of the former MKT line from Wichita Falls Texas into the panhandle of Oklahoma. As far as this particular loco goes, my old friend JD who worked for Rio Grande Pacific, the owner of the WT&J said that these old C&NW locos were fine runners, and that they ran better than they looked. They retained their original numbers from the C&NW.
