Cisco and Northeastern #400, the only caboose the road had, shown brand new. The road ran from Cisco, Tx to just south of Breckenridge Tx at a oil refinery. The shortline was owned by the Texas & Pacific. I think this caboose was later transformed into a side door (for express) caboose #1 for the Mineral Wells and Northwestern, also a T&P owned shortline.
