This Santa Fe crane and its attendant cars were involved in pile driver and track replacement duties when I took these pictures. I didn't make any notes that I can find as to when or where I took these pictures, but I think that it was in west Texas someplace in the early 1990's.

As a bit of pointless hair splitting, I'll mention that ATSF 199461 could move under its own power and was referred to as a "locomotive crane," built by the Ohio Locomotive Crane Co.
