Nostalgia & History > Signal For Signal Sunday, Niles Canyon, March 1967Date: 01/16/11 20:48 Signal For Signal Sunday, Niles Canyon, March 1967 Author: FiveChime I wasn't sure if I should post this under "Signal Sunday" or "Tell Tail Tuesday".
I went over this bridge on the Niles Canyon Railway several times today. Pictured is the original tell tail. PLA in cooperation with a local Boy Scout troop has had a reproduction constructed here and we have put the block signal back also, but it does not yet light. I'm expecting someone to tell me the correct spelling of the word "Tell Tale". Maybe Tell-Tale, with the hyphen. But not sure. Thanks for sharing. Todd Montgomery Eugene OR Date: 01/16/11 21:44 Re: Signal For Signal Sunday, Niles Canyon, March 1967 Author: lwilton Or maybe a whole bunch of tell-tails?
