By chance would anybody know the size of the journal boxes on the trucks of a GE 44 Tonner.

IN Kansas, we have at ATSF 44tonner at Baldwin and A&SV 93 (ex Arkansas Valley In.) at Abilene. If one of the folks on site, do not have what you need, I will run over from Topeka and shoot the ATSF one this afternoon. wag216

Thanks much! I have a friend in FL who's restoring a 44 tonner and needs to know the journal size so he can order or make some lubrication pads.

I believe they are 5 X 9

Those are indeed the dimensions given for the journal size of the 460-class 44-tonners in Santa Fe's locomotive folio.
