Photo 1: I&O 61 brings its train off the former B&O and onto the C&O at RA Jct., on this hot and humid summer day in 1989. At this point in time, through trains on the former B&O Ohio Division are no more and the City of Jackson, Ohio, now owns the former B&O Portsmouth Branch, with the I&O as the operating partner. Interchange was made at Vauces Center Siding on the C&O Northern Subdivision.
