A Little GN Break
Author: TTM

Here is a GN shot from my collection.

Warren Wing caught the Great Northern Internation that ran between Vancouver BC and Seattle at Bellingham WA in May 1965. Check out the GN painted Ford Falcon and the Plymouth Yellow Cab.

Thanks for looking,

Tom

A lot to view and love about this photo including the Alco on the local. Don't remember if the GN rostered RS2's, RS3's or both.

This is just a wonderful photo, in so many ways! Human. Nostalgic. Rich in detail. Small town feel. Beautiful depot. Classy RR.

Neat photo. Is the taxi a Studebaker of some kind?
