A hospital train should be made up of cars or engines that are being relocated to another terminal for repair or maybe to the scrapper for disposal. This train looked like it had revenue > freight on it.-BMT Even so B, when we use to refer to a hospital train, it was a train with a cut of flat cars that had been loaded with derailed equipment, not just a cut of engines headed for a deadline, bone yard or the scrap pile. I saw this proceedure many times at W/Colton. Don't know about the cars.
