Nostalgia & History > CP and CN in 1989

Been scanning some photos from 1989 and see I went up to Canada 5-29-89.

1) CP 9023/6013/9010 lead a westbound coal train out of Mission BC.
2) CP remotes 6077/6064 back in the train. I never noticed this before but it looks like the 6064 might have had some oil problems.
3) An eastbound CN freight behind 5413/5350/5091 at Abramhamson, BC. Was not aware CN had blue bells on their units, at least the 5413 does.

I liked it when CP had 5 units on their coal trains. Not like now with one unit on each end!
