A diner in the middle of a field -- Sept 80

This diner was near Sealy,Tx (50 miles west of Houston).
It could be seen from I-10 and the nearest railroad was the MKT.
A rebuilt heavyweight car - it looks like an ex-Southern diner?
I don't know who owned it or what happened to it.
Anyone have any info?

Could be ex Southern but, I'm thinking it's former Union Pacific.
