This is PRR 3752 under wire in the mid-1950's. most likely it was taken in South Amboy, New Jersey. Notice the missing "P" in Pennsylvania.

A lot of times, NYC wasn't a whole lot better.
I'm used to the MP, Frisco and WAB passenger engines and couldn't believe how dirty some of the eastern stuff was. |
