mFile: Rock Island Rocket GP's and 2 bridge's.

Here is a Rock Island slide with nothing on it at all. I have a feeling I know where, but I'm not sure. For extra points it would be nice to know who is taking the picture to the left.

Looks like the Manhattan, KS UP depot across the river and the road bridge is K-177. BUT is the slide reversed, because that is throwing me off!

I agree that the slide is reversed.
The other photographer could be Tom Lee

I believe you are right in that it definitely looks like Tom Lee to me also.

Second and third locos may be 400 class; they were delivered without the wings.
