Some are repeats...then again, some of us have short memories and they might seem new all over again.

#1. SP 8351 East, LAEST, departing Lordsburg, NM at sunset on April 24, 1983.

#2. SP 7414 East, detouring over the Santa Fe to El Paso, TX passing the Socorro, NM station on October 8, 1983.

#3. SP 8289 East, OACIM, creeping up the siding approaching Bealville, CA on the west slope of Tehachapi Pass. April 5, 1990.

John, you're holding three aces there! GREAT shots and memories to go with them. That first shot is fantastic. Thanks again for honoring the request.

John, that first shot is IOTD material for sure! My wife also loves the shot and the way the sun splits the telephone pole as if it's burning.
