Nostalgia & History > Chinese Red n GrayDate: 04/17/14 17:01 Chinese Red n Gray Author: throttle8 The distinctive red/gray scheme of the Burlington Lines family was always a treat to photograph. Will share with you a couple of examples from yesteryear.
C&S SD-7 #810 was taken at North Ft Worth on Nov 11, 1973 at the FW&D engine facility. FW&D NW-2 #605 was taken at Amarillo TX on 9-30-1972. To my knowledge, this was the only switcher to wear the red scheme. Have a great holiday weekend. Bruce Barrett Date: 04/17/14 18:18 Re: Chinese Red n Gray Author: Gateway97 Beautiful. This is a great addition to the bounty of Burlington we've seen lately. It's making me more of a Q fan than I ever was.
