What tower is behind that SP Geep?

What is the name of the tower that is behind the SP Geep?

According to good sources, including Strapac's fantastic SP Compendium series, SP 3740 was built in March 1957 by EMD as a model GP9, builders number 22947, SP 5765, SP Class DF-611. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3569 SP Class EF418-7.

This locomotive was upgraded in October 1972 emerging as SP 3740 SP Class EF418E-3.

The disposition of this locomotive is, retired in December 1992, presumed scrapped may have gone to Texas Northeastern.

Information, stories, suggestions, comments and/or constructive corrections are appreciated.

Magnolia Tower - Homestead Yard - Oakland, CA. Handled the SP/WP crossing.

Edited to change "Oakland, OR" to "Oakland, CA" after my error was pointed out. I'll blame my allergy meds for that error. <G>

Isn't Magnolia the tower that was transported in pieces up to Portola? What ever happened to it?
