Photo #1 January 1976 Below zero temperature four E8's at the former Erie locomotive shop in Binghamton, NY. The NYSW currently operates this facility. Author: train1275 The train with 2513 was NE-74 and left later that day out of YO yard for Utica and the Penn Central connection for New England. Ray Kaminski was the engineer on that train that day. They met a southbound off the Syracuse Branch at Chenango Forks.
