Here is a video I shot of SP 9765 west approaching and crossing the AT&SF Strong City subdivision interlocker northwest of Hope, KS in 1992 and heading towards Hoisington, KS on the old UP Hoisington subdivision. Just east of this interlocker, the rails are still intact, but overgrown with weeds and isolated from the rest of the line into Herington, KS, severed at KS Highway 4. West of the interlocker, the line has been torn out since about 1998. The BNSF still runs through here between Abilene and Lost Springs, KS on their Strong City subdivision line.
