More from the camera of Lee Meyers 1992-1994


#1.....Is the 2472 excursion from the Bay Area to LAUPT or Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal. Taken on Casmalia Hill south of Guadalupe, my son and I joined Lee at Gaviota for more fun. 9/13/92
#2.....Willows California on what is now the California Northern. Lee wrote on the slide..."LOOK A TRAIN" which was a very rare occurrence at that time. 7-22-1992
#3.....SP in Tulsarosa, New Mexico. I guess this is a local of some kind with a GP40P #7600. This is a long way from the bay area ! 9/16-1994

Great photos. What's Lee up to these days?

Lee moved from California to Wisconsin in 2002 and later moved to Hendersonville, TN. I saw Lee in 2007 on my trip to Kentucky where my father in law lived and again in 2009 when my wife and I went back to KY for my father in laws funeral.

The last slides we traded were in the early 2000-2002. Lee has moved on the Digital where I am having issues with change.

Thanks... wow,.Lee doesn't seem to age. I used to see him at all the SoCal shows when I was selling slides.
