Nostalgia & History > Signal Sunday, Ohio 1996Date: 09/14/14 18:53 Signal Sunday, Ohio 1996 Author: halfmoonharold I finally got my Nikon Coolscan V setup and operating. Going to resume my posting of slides I shot in the '90's, after a 3-year hiatus. These 3 taken on Jan. 21st, 1996. Not sure what Kodak film this is, but it has a heavy bluish tint that I tried to correct for.
1. The then almost-new NS signals at Elmwood, east end of Clague Siding. For some reason, they decided not to use a diverging aspect off the siding. The siding was created during the CTC project that eliminated much of the double track west of Cleveland. 2. A couple shots at Berea. This is TV-11 at 3:20pm coming off the Big Four side. Power was 6462-6048-610x. 3. At 4:09pm, ELBU-2X showed up with 5033-5004. Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 09/14/14 18:57 by halfmoonharold. |
