Some Milwaukee Road E-units

These photos are of CMStP&P E9As working Chicago suburban trains in the 1960s and 70s.

1. and 2. 37C coming and going at Glenview, IL on June 23, 1976.

3. 38C just out of Chicago Union Station and ducking under the CNW station leads the afternoon of March 19, 1975.

4. and 5. 38A with a one-car train at Libertyville, IL on April 15, 1962. I was with my friend Rick Burn. I have been posting some of his pictures recently.

6. 38C makes a light engine move (probably from Chicago Union Station) crossing Canal Street on August 20, 1976.

Never caught 35C on film. Sorry. Maybe someone else who reads this will have a shot or two.

Closest thing I could do is the 36A, now in a cage at Deer Lodge.
