SP MK rebuild hauling the Swift RoadRailer
Author: photobob

Heres the eastbound Swift RoadRailer back in the mid-1990s at Azalea. This was always a cool train to photograph and most of the time ran with just one unit. This location is about 10 rail miles north of Dunsmuir.

As always Bob a really nice image. I agree this was a great train to shoot back in the day before it became yellow. Many times it would run with one unit as you said which made it even better. I remember quite a few times being at Blunt where they would frequently meet.

Sweet! I always loved catching those units on the SP run-throughs on the BN Racetrack back in the 90's.
