Nostalgia & History > SP MK rebuild hauling the Swift RoadRailerDate: 10/20/14 18:22 SP MK rebuild hauling the Swift RoadRailer Author: photobob Heres the eastbound Swift RoadRailer back in the mid-1990s at Azalea. This was always a cool train to photograph and most of the time ran with just one unit. This location is about 10 rail miles north of Dunsmuir.

I agree this was a great train to shoot back in the day before it became yellow. Many times it would run with one unit as you said which made it even better. I remember quite a few times being at Blunt where they would frequently meet.
