Shot #4 with the classic Milwaukee tavern in the background that has the Schlitz sign on the front. Makes me homesick. LOL!

Ah, memories!

I took some pics there in July of 1976 while home from college. They are somewhere in the collection...

It sure is different to drive along I-94 today and not see the massive Milwaukee Road complex. Though I don't get up there much anymore when I always think of what was once there.

Also remember watching the MILW Airline Yard hump yard job from the left field upper grandstand at old County Stadium. My friends wondered why I usually wanted to sit there when we went to Brewers games in the 70s.
