This was a family days train. Can't remember the date but was maybe 85 or 86. Leaning to fall of 85. Trainman volunteers out of Stockton. A few of these guys worked the California Zephyr.

Here's the Family Days train earlier in the month on August 3, 1984. It had a pair of UP GP40Xs on each end.

All of the WP road units were thus equipped. They were beautiful horns.

2 things I miss about Oakland on a foggy morning: WP gyralites and M5 horns behind them...
