Nice photos, it is amazing how many rail fans are also fire buffs. I worked on the boiler of GTW 4070 today with two guys that had been volunteer fire fighters.

I had a 51 Ford F-7 with a flathead in it from Orleans, Nebraska Fire Dept. for a few years. The truck is still here in Hutchinson, KS. It was a blast to drive around town!

I think many of us just like things on wheels and things that have wings too! I even find a ship fascinating from time to time.
