6) thru 8) Osage. This is located on the former IC line to Albert Lea MN, now owned by CN but being operated by a CN subsidiary, the Cedar River Railroad. My first thought was that this was a replacement structure utilizing the old depot sign, but perhaps it is original with new siding. Hopefully someone can clear that up along with the location in Osage of the purported surviving CGW depot.

Thanks for posting these shots.

Some organization got the Ackley depot which is why the fence surrounds it today.

The Osage depot was completely refurbished when Jack Haley bought the Albert Lea
branch, and used as the Cedar Valley Railroad's headquarters until Haley bought the
Iowa Division and created the CC&P. I don't know if it's still in use although it
seems to be.
