NYC/PC/CR E8 Antenna Question

Hey there, I'm working on a model of this E8, the PC (I know, this is it as a CR unit) #4063, and I've got a question about the antenna. Is that a Sinclair antenna in the middle, between the horns? I can't see any sort of firecracker antennas anywhere.

It would appear to be a Sinclair.
