Probably, and certainly isn't new, from what I recall.

Yes, it IS a new program. This is the third or fourth program in that series. Some of the trips/tourist railroads covered are the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, Pullman Rail Journeys, Wisconsin Great Northern, Mt. Hood Scenic Railroad, California Western/Skunk Train, Rocky Mountaineer and the Virginia & Truckee. I didn't see all of the show, but it did make me want to ride the Virginia & Truckee.

Off topic slightly, but did anyone see the PBS show on the restoration of Sierra No. 3? It's part of a series, but don't recall the name. It certainly was well done and informative.
