That just goes to show that the far-flung reaches of the Southern was as uniform as the rest of the system in the South.  That's as stock-standard a Southern station as you'll find.  Terra-cotta roof, brick structure, green station sign with that attractive white border, and the Brosnan-era microwave tower in the background.
