Mystery End Cab Switcher

I just finished a scan job for a friend that included this unit wearing IH 44. It's at East Moline IL and was date stamped July 1981. Photo by Hugh Blaney.

The writing on the slide was a bit hard to read so I don't know if the locaiton is East Moline or simply Moline. Can anyone ID this unit and who it belongs to?

Well that was easy! I guess if I knew more farmers and ranchers I would have known that. Now I recognize the logo. Thanks for the quick reply.

It looks like it might be an ex-Rock Island unit

The one at Alter in CB is an ex BN engine in BN green paint.  This one isn't there.
